4.1 Chart caching

Generated charts are cached temporarily to improve performance:

• Trial accounts: 30 days
• Starter plan: 60 days
• Growth plan: 90 days
• Max plan: 1 year
• Enterprise: custom retention periods

4.2 Account data

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
